Mary, Mother of God ...
If Jesus is the incarnation of the Word, the Logos, the Light, the Reason, Mary is the personification of Art, Beauty, and Love. ~ Chiara Lubich, foundress of Focolare Movement.
For it is the 'little ones,' those not seen or noticed by the world, the hidden ones in the background, sometimes trampled underfoot, that Jesus welcomed and embraced ... much to the chagrin of even his own "wise" disciples, perplexed and annoyed to see little children swarming around Jesus like bees, constantly climbing onto the lap of their Lord.
This blog is a blog for 'little' posts. Mostly little prayers, little poems. Nothing big or extraordinary, for that isn't me. Nothing largely profound. But if you happen to find yourself here, I hope that in some 'little' way, you may be touched by God, and brought a little bit closer to His Sacred Heart. For the little sparrow, though it may fall to the ground, is never lost to the gaze of its Creator. No matter how small and insignificant you may feel today, or you may think you are in the eyes of others, you're never lost to the Father's vast, wide and deepest gaze. Find yourself in those Eyes and you'll find you are Home. ~ "little"

"Father says Jesus will send the Holy Spirit, the parakeet!"
On the northern part of the Tihany peninsula you can see Central Europe's only remained hermit colony created by Greek monks whom King Andrew I. invited to Hungary. You can see some of the cells and a cave-church carved out by the monks. Some of the cave houses are at 20 m high
